My new bottle does not work. The top is off of the bottle.

Since the top of the bottle that needs to screw up & down is half up & falls right off the bottle, I cannot use my new bottle!! so unexpected as my 1st bottle was perfect. What can you do for me? happy to send back if you provide label. So, will you please send me a new bottle that I can use??

LIFE CHANGING!!!
